4. Work guidelines for performing various tasks
Acts lacking consideration for goshawks announced on June 25, 2010 We had you reflect on having done, and had you discuss work guidelines when we carried out various works in future.
Based on the Ministry of the Environment's "How to protect birds of prey" and the "Kanagawa Prefecture Goshawk Conservation Guidance Guidelines", the work guidelines set the areas to be considered and stipulate the consideration methods for each work content.
5. Survey results of rare animals and plants
An interim report was given on the habitat and growth of rare flora and fauna around the planned route.
6. Review Committee Discussion Results
The main opinions and summary at the study meeting are as follows.
  • The effects on breeding activities of nesting trees during the raptor breeding season this season cannot be ruled out. In the future, it is necessary to carry out the work more carefully based on the work guidelines.
  • Based on the above, guidelines for future work were shown.
  • The study policy and conservation measures for raptors in the future were examined.

In the future, based on the work guidelines discussed this time, we will carry out various works while giving due consideration to birds of prey.
