Hello everyone. It is the current state of the first in the business.
Expressway's business situation was that the fee income in June was 17.4% lower than the same month last year. High speed is minus 16.6%, and general pay is minus 24.3%. In addition, the average number of traffic was 2.2% per day. High speed is 2.0% plus general pay plus 3.4%.
Regarding high-speed, although the number increased slightly, the discount on Expressway in the “Emergency Comprehensive Measures to Realize Security” implemented since last autumn and the “Lifestyle Sales decreased due to an increase in the discount amount, such as a discount on the Expressway fee.
Sales at Ichiyu also declined for the same reason, although the number of units increased, as did the high-speed line.

The ETC discount amount has increased significantly, to 24,240 million yen, a 65.5% discount compared to 14,644 million yen in the same month last year. The discount rate of ETC is about 40.0%. If there was no ETC discount, the fee income was 60,529 million yen, up 3.4% from the same month last year.

I will explain about the traffic volume by type of vehicle that I always talk about. Mini-cars account for 108.9%, ordinary cars 105.5%, medium-sized cars 90.9%, large-sized cars 86.7%, and oversized cars 78.4%. This is similar to the previous months. The mileage is also different, but the tendency is similar.

The traffic volume in June was 2.2% higher than in June, but it dropped significantly in June one year ago, which caused the traffic volume to increase in June. Last year we are back in July and I would like to see the trend next month.
The basic trend is that large vehicles have slightly recovered from the level of 80% since February of this year, but have basically recovered from the effects of the economy.

Next, the situation of construction is the same as before. On July 17, Gifu Yamato opened four lanes from Gujo-Hachiman in Tokai-Hokuriku, and all four lanes from Ichinomiya to Shirotori were realized. In the future, I would like to work on a four-lane business from Shirotori to Hida Kiyomi.
Looking at the traffic congestion during the three consecutive holidays, there was no traffic congestion this year last year. Rather, traffic congestion has shifted north from Shirotori, which has had the effect of making it four lanes. We hope to steadily carry out future plans in the future.

The ETC situation was 76.3% last year, but was 83.2% utilization this month. When viewed on a weekly basis, 83.3% was from July 3 to July 9 and 83.1% one month ago, and has remained flat overall.
The cumulative number of OBEs installed is approximately 26.24 million, an increase of 2.7% compared to the end of May.

Regarding the service area situation, it was 106.2% compared to the previous year. Looking at sales by 106.2% by category, 108.9% for food and beverages and 113.6% for merchandise sales, and 111.9% for both. Holidays are 114.8% and weekdays are 110.1%, so sales are also increasing on weekdays.
The service sector is 117.9% and the gasoline sector is 89.2%. The amount of refueling has increased considerably to 125%, but the unit price difference is about 50 yen, and it is not quite 100%. The advertising sector is 222.2%, which is a small figure with little impact on the whole. Excluding the gasoline division, sales increased year on year.

Here's a report of what happened from April to June. See Figure 1 This shows the average successful bid rate and the number of successful bids by April, May and June. The incidence rate was 5.3% in three cases, which is significantly lower than in FY2008. We believe that the effects of tender upset measures have emerged, for example, by applying the publicly offered quote consultation method.

The next topics are prediction of traffic congestion and measures against congestion during the Obon season. This is a forecast for 14 days from August 6 to 19, but we have already announced on 17th of this month, but it is getting closer and closer, so let me know again I will do it.
I want to reduce traffic by managing traffic distribution. In-bound We want to take various measures, such as alerting people to slow down slopes, increasing the number of parking staff, and installing temporary toilets. In addition, the heat is also high, so I would like to take measures against it. By all means, I would like to check the latest road information before going out for a drive.
Congestion is likely to occur on Out-bound from 13th to 15th and In-bound on 14th to 16th. We took drastic measures against traffic congestion during this Golden Week, but we are taking measures to further strengthen them. Compared to Golden Week, strengthen measures at least 10% to 30% more, and take measures to increase 2.2 times for many items and 10% for less items compared to last year's tray measures, and roughly double the number of trays last year. Take measures. This time, 278 special toilets will be installed, 258 during Golden Week, and this 258 will be more than twice as large as last year's Golden Week, and 133 as compared to last year's trays. This is an enhancement that we have done so far, but as measures to be implemented, we will secure parking space for large vehicles at 53 locations and improve the driving environment by increasing the illumination of tunnel lighting in 48 tunnels. We are thinking about tents and dry mist as a measure against the heat in rest facilities. We plan to enhance customer information in the service area, extend the service time of the area concierge, and strengthen information provision.
As a request for decentralized use, this time we will be running the “Tomei Obon Traffic Congestion Reduction Campaign”. I would like you to cooperate with the measures and reduce the congestion even a little. We also want to continue to enhance our traffic congestion information email delivery service and iHighway Central Japan information service.
Recently, running out of fuel and tire puncture are increasing, so please check your car before driving. We have reported that we will conduct a demonstration experiment on the Expressway test course of Shin-Tomei Expressway, but we will continue to conduct research using the Ebina district in Tomei. We will conclude this month and continue until the end of September next year. The contract partners are the eight companies listed here.

Then, one factor that slows down is darkening. This is a tunnel, but in order to strengthen the lighting, 48 tunnels will increase the brightness of the lighting and enhance the driving environment.
