Construction to expand parking spaces at the E1A Shin-Tomei Expressway Nagashino-Shitaragahara PA (Out-bound) has been completed. This will approximately double the number of parking spaces available for large vehicles, alleviating congestion.

Lane management at the E1 Meishin Ichinomiya IC (In-bound) exit will change – this is expected to alleviate traffic congestion.

Nighttime closures will be implemented at the E1 Meishin Ichinomiya IC (In-bound) exit and the E41 Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway IchinomiyaNishi IC (In-bound) entrance from Monday, July 13th to Thursday, July 16th, 2026, from 10 PM to 5 AM the following day (implementation dates and times vary depending on the closure location). ~Please use nearby interchanges or change your travel time.~

The E19 Chuo Expressway Sonohara IC (In-bound lane) exit will be closed for a continuous day and night period from 5:00 PM on Monday, July 13th, 2026 to 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026. Please consider using nearby interchanges or changing your travel time.
