(Germany) Japan Expressway Partial changes to the agreement with the Holding and Debt Repayment Organization (March 31, 2006)

Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited concludes an agreement with Japan's Expressway Possession and Debt Repayment Agency for the Expressway business in March based on Expressway Corporation, Article 6, Paragraph 1. It was concluded on the 31st. The details of the newly concluded agreement are as follows.

1. Agreement on ChuoExpwy Fuji-Yoshida Line, etc.
2. Agreement on General Route 1 (Hakone New Road)
3. Agreement on General National Route 16 (Hachioji By-pass)
4. Agreement on General Route 139 (Nishifuji Road)
5. Agreement on General National Route 158 (Chubu-Jukan Expwy(Abotoge Road))
