So I'd like to take your questions.

(Reporter)

I would like to ask about two points regarding overseas-related stories. In the previous talk, you mentioned that you are working with a road company of another company, but please tell us about the progress you have made since then, including the creation of a subsidiary.

(Chairman and President)

I haven't made any concrete progress since the time I talked about this time, but I'm working on it by creating a so-called preparation room at the three companies. Next month, I think we will be able to talk about the scale more concretely, or the contents of each of the possible plans. From the middle to the second half of next month, I'm going to meet at three companies once and talk about what I just mentioned.

(Reporter)

Is the preparation room the preparation room for the establishment of a subsidiary?

(Chairman and President)

I agree.

(Reporter)

So are you moving in the direction of creating a subsidiary?

(Chairman and President)

That's what the direction is.

(Reporter)

Does that mean it will be next month, including the time of year?

(Chairman and President)

I agree.

(Reporter)

In connection with that, there was an article that I was going to Vietnam the other day, but what is the policy of Central Japan, or what is your thinking about that?

(Chairman and President)

I'm going to Vietnam this weekend. It is located in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. As you can see, we have been talking to Vietnam for about two years and are still in progress. This time, I would like to meet with the person responsible for MOT as much as possible by visiting the site. This is a project we have been working on in Central Japan, so this time we will focus on Central Japan only.

(Reporter)

Since you are as responsible as possible, do you mean top sales?

(Chairman and President)

I agree.

(Reporter)

Has the top of NEXCO Central Japan ever been to Vietnam?

(Chairman and President)

Former Chairman, Mr. Yano, is sure to visit this May.

(Reporter)

Has President Kaneko ever been to a previous company?

(Chairman and President)

I have been to Vietnam, but this is the first time since I came to NEXCO Central Japan.

(Reporter)

The opening of the Nagoya 2nd ring is said to be during this year, but has it not been decided for several months?

(Chairman and President)

What I can say now is that it will be open by March 31, next year. I'm going into the details right now, so I can't say what the month and day is at this stage.

(Reporter)

Is it before the opening date of the subway?

(Chairman and President)

I think it's about time, but it was March 27th.

(Reporter)

How much can you specifically come to Vietnam this weekend? Do you have any plans to meet and talk to you?

(Chairman and President)

As much as possible, the important thing is mutual trust. This replaced me and I don't even know the location. I think the most important thing is to build a mutual trusting relationship with those around us, as the people over there do not know much about it.

(Reporter)

How many days will you go?

(Chairman and President)

Departs on the 26th and returns on the 30th.

(Reporter)

It's difficult to determine the road charge, but what is your view on the current situation?

(Chairman and President)

I think that the information I have and the information you have are almost the same. It's no wonder that the proposal was submitted the other day at the Democratic Party's transportation sector meeting and was submitted to the government, but I also know. Based on that, I heard that Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is currently considering it. At this stage, we haven't heard the story yet. We would like to hear from you as soon as possible, and of course we will fix the fee system after that, so we would like to have an appropriate time. We want to know as soon as possible.

(Reporter)

I've heard about you from the time you took office, but is your policy to do the fixed things the same?

(Chairman and President)

of course.

(Moderator)

So, if you have no other questions, this will open a regular meeting. Thank you very much.
