Reevaluation of the Tokyo Outer Ring Road (Kangoe-Tomei)
The re-evaluation of the outer ring road outside of Tokyo (Kanetsu-Tomei) was discussed jointly with the Project Evaluation and Monitoring Committee of the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism which is the joint implementation body of the project.
