System for Promoting Health Management
Deputy Director General in charge of promoting health and productivity management, and will oversee the promotion of health and productivity management.
The implementation of the measures will be led by the Health Management Promotion Department (Labor and Welfare Division), which will work in cooperation with the relevant departments at each Regional Head Office office, health insurance associations, and industrial physicians.
Health management goals
NEXCO CENTRAL we will set goals for health indicators related to the "body" and "mind" of our employees and will work to achieve them.
Body goals
We aim to reduce the ratio of people eligible for specific health guidance to 20% or less.
“Kokoro” goals
We aim to reduce the percentage of people with high stress to 10% or less.
We have set health management goals on April 1, 2022. The table above shows trends in indicators including those before targets were set.

Evaluation from outside the company
We have been recognized as a "Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation (Large Corporation Category)" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi, which recognizes corporations that practice excellent health and productivity management.
Additionally, we have been certified as a "Sports Yell Company" by the Japan Sports Agency as a company that actively promotes sports activities to improve the health of its employees.
