Regarding the re-evaluation of the outer ring road outside of Tokyo (Kan-etsu to Tomei) and one other case, the project was jointly discussed with the Project Evaluation and Monitoring Committee of the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism which is the joint implementation body of the project.
