Business license to change the Expressway business (March 30, 4th year of Reiwa)

Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, Ltd. tells the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism about changes to the Expressway business (new or remodeling Expressway to collect tolls) carried out by the company based on Article 3, Paragraph 6 of the Road Maintenance Special Measures Law. I applied for it and received permission on March 30, 1945.
