Accepting refund applications for ETC system failures (only for customers paying by cash or credit card): We would like to offer our sincere apologies to our customers and many others for the inconvenience caused by the wide-area ETC system failure that occurred on Expressway managed by Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited from Sunday, April 6th to Monday, April 7th. We would like to inform you about the handling of tolls for customers who passed through toll gates where the failure occurred.

①ご利用料金のお取り扱いについて
　障害が発生した料金所を障害が発生した時間帯に通過されたお客さまのご利用料金のお取扱い（詳細）につきまして、
　こちらからご確認ください。

②還元申請の受付について（現金・クレジットカードでお支払いのお客さま専用）
　現金またはクレジットカード（※）でお支払いいただいたお客さまにつきましては、ご利用料金相当額のクオカードにより還元
　させていただきます。還元申請の対象となるICはこちらからご確認ください。
　対象のICでお支払いのお客さまは還元申請フォーム（こちら）から申請をお願いいたします。
　申請内容について確認作業が完了し次第、ご利用料金と同額相当のクオカードにより還元させていただきます。
　なお、ETCクレジットカード・ETCパーソナルカード・ETCコーポレートカードでご精算されたお客さまは、還元申請に
　かかるお手続きは不要です。

　※「クレジットカード」は、ETCカード以外のクレジットカードを指します。
