(Germany) Japan Expressway Partial changes to the agreement with the Holding and Debt Repayment Organization (September 21, 2006)

Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited has amended the "Agreement Concerning ChuoExpwy Fuji-Yoshida Line, etc." (March 31, 2006) and four other agreements with the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency, and concluded amendment agreements with the Agency on September 21, 2006.

(Germany) Japan Expressway Agreement with holding and debt repayment mechanism

1. Agreement to amend part of the agreement regarding ChuoExpwy Fuji-Yoshida Line, etc.
2. An agreement to change part of the agreement on General Route 1 (Hakone New Road)
3. An agreement to change part of the agreement on General National Route 16 (Hachioji By-pass)
4. Agreement to change part of the agreement on General Route 139 (Nishifuji Road)
5. An agreement to change part of the agreement for General National Route 158 (Chubu-Jukan Expwy(Abotoge Road))
