今般、障害が発生していた料金所の中に、ETC無線通信を継続していた料金所があり、課金データの確認作業を進めた結果、データが正常であることが判明しました。該当するお客さまのご利用につきましては、カード会社等を通じてお支払い手続きが進んでいる（これからご請求が届く）ところです。
In light of the seriousness of the confusion and inconvenience caused to our customers, we have decided to provide a refund to customers who passed through the affected toll gates and paid the toll at a later date in the form of an ETC mileage service rebate of the amount of the toll used, a reduction in the amount charged, or the sending of a QUO card.
