ETCパーソナルカードのご案内

1. ETCパーソナルカードの特徴

「ETCパーソナルカード」は、クレジットカード契約をしないお客さまにもETCをお使いいただけるよう、東/中/西日本高速道路株式会社、首都高速道路株式会社、阪神高速道路株式会社、本州四国連絡高速道路株式会社の6社が共同して発行するETCカードで、有料道路の通行料金のお支払いに限定されたカードです。

お申込みにあたっては、あらかじめ保証金(デポジット)を預託していただけることが主な条件となります。

ETCパーソナルカードでご利用いただいた通行料金は、お客さまの金融機関口座(ゆうちょ銀行の通常貯金口座又は銀行等の預金口座であって、ご本人名義又は生計を一にする父母、配偶者若しくは子の名義の口座)から1ヶ月単位で引落しします。(デポジットは、あくまでもETCパーソナルカード発行にあたっての保証金であり、毎月の利用額を差し引く前払金ではありません。)

なお、カードの運営に要する費用の一部を賄うため、カード1枚あたり1,234円(税込み)の年会費をいただきます。

2.預託していただくデポジット額

お申込みの際に、平均利用月額(有料道路の月平均利用額)をご申告いただきます。
平均利用月額(5千円単位で切り上げ)の4倍した額をデポジットとして預託していただきます。

カード発行後は、実際のご利用実績に応じてデポジットの増額をお願いすることがあります。

※平均利用月額が5,000円以下のお客さまはデポジット額を20,000円としてお申込みいただけますが、お支払の済んでいないご利用金額(未決済残高)の合計が預託いただいたデポジットの70%(14,000円)に達した場合、ご利用金額の合計がデポジットの70%に達した日以降の6日または23日(金融機関休業日の場合は翌営業日)にご登録口座からの振替によりデポジット20,000円を増額していただきます。
ご利用金額は、ご利用いただいた月の翌月27日(金融機関休業日の場合は翌営業日)にご登録口座より振替いたしますので、概ね連続した2か月分のご利用金額が未決済残高となります。

3. お手続きの流れ

(1)お申込方法

  1. Step1

    サービスエリアなどのコンシェルジュカウンターでご用意している「ETCパーソナルカード利用申込書」に、お名前、ご住所、お勤め先、平均利用月額(有料道路の月平均利用額)などの必要事項をご記入いただき、ETCパーソナルカード事務局あてに郵送してください。(利用申込書の端部を郵送用の封筒としてお使いいただけます。)

    申込書は、下記の事務局またはお客さまセンターにて、「ETCパーソナルカード利用申込書」の郵送を承っております。

  2. Step2: デポジット振込ご依頼書をお送りします。
    ETCパーソナルカード事務局にて申込書の内容を確認のうえ、デポジット振込みのご依頼書を郵送します。同封の払込取扱票により、お近くの郵便局取扱窓口若しくはコンビニエンスストアにてデポジットをお振込みください。
  3. Step3: ETCパーソナルカードをお受け取り下さい。

    デポジットの入金が確認できたお客さまにETCパーソナルカードを郵送します。お手元に届いたその日からご利用いただけます。(デポジットのお振込み後、カードがお手元に届くまでには2週間程度を要します。)

(2)カードご利用から引落までの流れ

  1. Step1: ご利用料金のお知らせをお送りします。
    「ご利用料金のお知らせ」を郵送し、前月分のご利用額を毎月中旬頃にお知らせいたします。ご利用明細書も同封します。
  2. Step2: お引き落としは毎月27日です。
    「ご利用料金のお知らせ」に記載の前月分のご利用額を、毎月27日(金融機関休業日の場合は翌営業日)に口座引き落としいたします。
  3. Step3: 領収書は翌月に郵送します。
    口座引き落としした金額の領収証は、引き落としの翌月、郵送にてお知らせいたします。

4. 適用となる主な割引

ETCパーソナルカードでETCをご利用いただくことにより、ETCマイレージサービスや、クレジットカード会社が発行するETCカードでご利用した場合と同様の各種割引が受けられます。

5. ご利用の停止

  • お支払いの済んでいない利用金額の合計が預託いただいたデポジットの80%を超える場合
  • ご利用額の引落しが出来なかった場合
  • ご利用実績に応じたデポジットの増額に応じていただけない場合

高速道路料金割引プランを申し込まれて走行された場合、通行止めによる料金調整が行われる場合、平日朝夕割引の場合であっても、割引又は調整前の個々のご走行毎のご利用料金の合計額で、一旦未決済残高を計算しますので、余裕をもったデポジット(保証金)のお預け入れをお願いいたします。

ご利用を停止させていただいた場合には、ETC利用時にETCパーソナルカードをご利用されても料金所の開閉バーが開きません。現金等別の支払方法によりお支払いをお願いいたします。

6. その他

最近、利用申込書のネットオークションなどへの出品が見受けられますが、当該取引については、高速道路会社は一切関係ありませんのでご注意ください。

  • We would like to once again offer our sincere apologies to our customers and many other parties for the inconvenience caused by the widespread ETC system failure that occurred at toll gates managed by Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited.
    For customers who paid by cash or credit card* during the period from Sunday, April 6th to Monday, April 7th when there was an outage at the toll gate exit or the toll entrance, we will refund the amount of the toll in the form of a QUO card.

    If you are eligible to apply for a rebate, please apply using the form below. Once we have confirmed the details of your application, we will rebate the amount of your usage fee in the form of a QUO card.

    Customers who pay with an ETC credit card, ETC personal card, or ETC corporate card (※2) do not need to go through any procedures to apply for the rebate.

    *1 "Credit card" refers to credit cards other than ETC cards.
    *2 For customers who pay with ETC corporate cards, the amount of the usage will be deducted from the bill from Expressway company, so there is no need to apply for a refund. However, in order to recalculate the discount rate for the large-volume and frequent use discount, we ask for your continued cooperation in making requests for driving (creating a list).     Customers who paid by cash or credit card during the period when a wide-area ETC system failure occurred at the toll gate exit or toll entrance between Sunday, April 6 and Monday, April 7.

    2. Rebate amount and method

    You will receive a QUO card equivalent to the usage fee.

    3. How to apply for a refund

    Customers who are eligible to apply for a refund should fill in the necessary information in the refund application form below and submit the application.

    We will refund you within three months after verifying the information you provided during the procedure.

  • We would like to once again offer our sincere apologies to our customers and many other parties for the inconvenience caused by the widespread ETC system failure that occurred on Expressway managed by Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited from Sunday, April 6th to Monday, April 7th.

    Among the toll booths where the outage occurred, there was one that continued to communicate wirelessly with ETC, and after checking the billing data, it was found that the data was normal. For the customers who used the tolls, payment procedures are currently being carried out through the card companies, etc. (You will soon receive a bill).

    In light of the seriousness of the confusion and inconvenience caused to our customers, we have decided to provide a refund to customers who passed through the affected toll gates and paid the toll at a later date in the form of an ETC mileage service rebate of the amount of the toll used, a reduction in the amount charged, or the sending of a QUO card.

    The sender domain of the email we send is @c-nexco.co.jp. Please be sure to check the sender address of the email you receive.

    Please be aware of the following characteristics of suspicious emails:
    - The subject or content contains expressions that may cause anxiety (e.g. "urgent" or "emergency")
    The language and phrasing is unnatural
