I lost something in a service area!

サービスエリアなどで忘れ物をした場合は、お心当たりのあるエリア（SAはエリア・コンシェルジュ、PAではショッピングコーナーなどのスタッフ）までご連絡ください。
無人PA（店舗が設置されていないPA）で忘れ物をした場合は、NEXCO中日本お客さまセンターまでご連絡ください。

忘れ物の受け取りは、ご本人さま確認などのため直接エリアまでお越しいただきますよう、お願いいたします。また、お越しいただくことが困難な場合は、ご連絡の際にご相談ください。

なお、お預かり期間を過ぎた忘れ物は、遺失物法に基づき拾得地の警察署へ提出しております。

I lost something on the Expressway while driving!

If you lose something on the Expressway, stop at the shoulder and report to the Traffic Control Center using an emergency phone or road emergency dial (# 9910).
When reporting, please let us know where and what you dropped.
