Due to the influence of a strong cold air flow from the night of Thursday, January 29 through the morning of Friday, January 30, there is a possibility of heavy snowfall mainly in the Hokuriku, Gifu, Mie, and Shiga prefectures.
Therefore, depending on snowfall conditions, tire checks and road closures due to winter tire regulations may be implemented on Meishin, Shin-Meishin Expressway, Hokuriku Expressway, and Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway in our service area.
When going out, please check the latest weather and traffic information and refrain from going out or change your travel plans in case of heavy snowfall.
Shippers and carriers are also asked to check weather forecasts and refrain from changing transportation dates or making non-urgent transportation requests.■Please be careful!

●Driving on snowy roads with normal tires is against the law.
●Transportation companies and shippers are also asked to check the upcoming weather forecast and change the delivery date accordingly.
● Expressway and national highways may be closed at the same time.
In order to prevent large-scale vehicle backlogs, Expressway and the parallel national highway may be closed at the same time.
In the case of simultaneous road closures, you may be required to make a U-turn at Expressway interchange (IC) where the road closure ends, as you will not be able to exit onto the national highway.
In addition, the closed section may extend up to an interchange where you can exit onto a national highway.
