We will promote development and aim to realize the safest Expressway.
With the progress of deterioration of Expressway assets over time, technological development that leads to reduction of life cycle cost, quality assurance, and sophistication and efficiency of inspection in the "Expressway Renewal Project" is the most important issue for us.
In addition, we will utilize the rapid development of ICT by artificial intelligence (AI), big data, IoT (Internet of Things), etc. for traffic safety and alleviation of traffic congestion on the roads managed by our company, and spread automated driving. As for the construction work in fiscal 2016, as the first project, we will carry out full-scale construction work including trial construction and R & D.
