NEXCO CENTRAL compiled the Group's financial position and operating results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022 (April 1, 2021 ~ March 31, 2022) and prepared financial statements.
The format of the financial statements, the names of accounts, etc. are subject to laws and regulations such as the "Regulations Concerning the Terminology, Form, and Method of Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements" (Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance No. 28 of October 30, 1976), as well as the "Accounting Regulations for Expressway Business, etc." (June 1, 2005) It is prepared in accordance with the various provisions of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Decree No. 65).
