Interim consolidated results for the fiscal year ended March 2012 (7th period)

NEXCO CENTRAL compiled the Group's financial position and operating results for the interim period of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (April 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011), and prepared interim financial statements.
The format of financial statements, account names, etc. are governed by laws and regulations, such as “Rules on Terms, Formats and Preparation Methods for Interim Consolidated Financial Statements” (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 24 of 1999), and “ Expressway business etc. accounting rules "(2005 June 1, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has created on the basis of the provisions of Ordinance No. 65).
