Interim consolidated results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 (6th fiscal period)
NEXCO CENTRAL (Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, Head Office: Nagoya City, Chairperson of the Board and President: Kaneko Takekazu) has compiled the financial position and business performance of its group and company for the first half of the fiscal year ending March 2011 (April 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010) and prepared interim financial statements.
The format of financial statements, account titles, etc. are prepared in accordance with laws and regulations such as the "Regulations on Terminology, Format and Preparation Methods of Interim Consolidated Financial Statements" (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 24 of 1999), as well as the provisions of the "Accounting Regulations for Expressway Projects, etc." (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism No. 65 of June 1, 2005).
