NEXCO CENTRAL[Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, head office: Nagoya, Chairman: Hironori Yano] for the year ended March 31, 2010 Interim financial statements have been compiled for the interim period (April 1, 2009-September 30, 2009) of the Group and the financial position and operating results of the Group.
Regarding the format of financial statements and the names of accounts, etc., the laws and regulations such as “Rules on Terms, Formats and Preparation Methods of Interim Consolidated Financial Statements” (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 24 of 1999) and other laws and regulations, as well as “ Expressway Business Rules ”(June 1, 2005, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Ordinance No. 65).
