NEXCO CENTRAL[Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, head office: Nagoya, Chairman and Representative Director: Hironori Yano] The interim financial statements for the interim period (April 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008) of the Group and the Company have been compiled. Regarding the format of financial statements and the names of accounts, etc., the laws and regulations such as “Rules on Terms, Formats and Preparation Methods of Interim Consolidated Financial Statements” (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 24 of 1999) and other laws and regulations, and “ Expressway Business Accounting Rules ”(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Ordinance No. 65, June 1, 2005).
