NEXCO CENTRAL[Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, Headquarters, Naka-ku, Nagoya, Chairman and Representative Director, Hironori Yano] The financial statements for the Group and the Company for the fiscal year (April 1, 2007 to March 31, 2008) have been prepared.
Regarding the format of financial statements and the names of accounts, etc., please refer to “Rules on Terms, Formats and Preparation Methods for Financial Statements” (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 59, November 27, 1963) and “ Expressway Business Rules ”(June 1, 2005, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Ordinance No. 65).
