Interim results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007 (second period)

Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited (NEXCO CENTRAL, Head Office: Nagoya City, Chairperson of the Board: Yano Hironori) has compiled the financial position and business results of its group and company for the first half of the fiscal year ending March 2007 (April 1, 2006 to September 30, 2006) and has prepared and is now announcing these interim financial statements.
The format of financial statements, account titles, etc. are prepared in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Companies Act, and in particular in accordance with the provisions of the "Accounting Rules for Expressway Business, etc." (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism No. 65, June 1, 2005).
