●If you have no choice but to use Expressway, be sure to use winter tires or carry tire chains, and take a wide detour to avoid areas with heavy snowfall.
●Driving on snowy roads with normal tires is against the law.
●Transportation companies and shippers are also asked to check future weather forecasts and change transportation dates or take wide detours to avoid areas experiencing snowfall.
●高速道路と一般国道を同時に通行止めをおこないます。
大規模な車両の滞留を防ぐため、高速道路と並行する国道8号でも通行止めになります。
同時通行止めの場合、高速道路の通行止め端末インターチェンジ（IC）では一般国道側に流出することができずにUターンしていただく可能性があります。
また、一般国道に流出することができるICまで通行止め区間が延びる場合があります。
