Received the 2023 CRM Best Practice Award - A system that utilizes customer feedback to improve service quality -
NEXCO CENTRAL received the ``2023 CRM Best Practice Award'' selected by the CRM Council, a general incorporated association. This award selects companies, government agencies, and organizations that aim to realize customer-centric management and have achieved results by building relationships with customers from the perspectives of strategy, operations, and organization. This is the second consecutive year we have won this award, following last year.
One of our basic stances is to "think from the customer's perspective," and we work to improve service quality based on customer feedback (inquiries, opinions, and requests). This year, we were recognized for our efforts to reflect and evaluate customer feedback in improvement plans regarding parking lot improvements in service areas (SA), parking areas (PA), etc. .
We will continue to listen closely to the opinions of each and every customer and strive to create a safer, more secure, and more comfortable Expressway environment.
