②About accepting refund applications (only for customers paying by cash or credit card)
Customers who pay by cash or credit card (*) will receive a QUO card equivalent to the amount of their usage fee.

Customers who pay with an eligible IC card should fill out the rebate application form (Here Please apply from here.
Once we have completed our verification process for your application, we will refund you the amount of your usage fee in the form of a Q-card.
In addition, customers who paid with ETC credit cards, ETC personal cards, or ETC corporate cards can apply for a rebate.
Such procedure is not necessary.
*"Credit card" refers to credit cards other than ETC cards.
