②About accepting refund applications (only for customers paying by cash or credit card)
Customers who pay by cash or credit card (*) will receive a QUO card equivalent to the amount of their usage fee.

Once we have completed the verification process for your application, we will refund you the amount of your usage fee in the form of a Q-card.

Such procedures are not required.
