Consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 (18th period)

NEXCO CENTRAL (the "Company") has compiled the financial position and operating results of the Group for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 (April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023), and prepared the financial statements.
The format of the financial statements, account titles, etc. are based on the "Regulations Concerning Terms, Forms and Preparation Method of Consolidated Financial Statements" (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 28, October 30, 1976) and other laws and regulations, as well as the various regulations of the "Expressway Business Accounting Regulations" (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Ordinance No. 65, June 1, 2005).
