Interim results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008 (third term)
Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited (NEXCO CENTRAL, Head Office: Nagoya City, Chairman and Representative Chairperson of the Board: Yano Hironori) has compiled the financial position and business results of its group and company for the first half of the fiscal year ending March 2008 (April 1, 2007 to September 30, 2007) and has prepared and is now announcing the interim financial statements.
The format of financial statements, account titles, etc. are prepared in accordance with laws and regulations such as the "Regulations on Terminology, Format and Preparation Methods of Interim Financial Statements, etc." (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 38, August 30, 1977), and in particular, based on the provisions of the "Accounting Regulations for Expressway Projects, etc." (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism No. 65, June 1, 2005).
