Fiscal year ended March 31, 2006 (first term)

Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited (Chairman: Takeshi Kondoh, Kondo) approved the attached financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2006 (1st fiscal year) to be reported and submitted to the 1st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 27, 2006, at the Member of the Board of Directors meeting held today.
