中日本高速道路株式会社が管理する料金所で発生した広域的なETCシステム障害につきまして、ご利用のお客さまをはじめ多くの皆さまに、多大なるご迷惑をおかけしたことを、改めて心よりお詫び申し上げます。
4月6日(日)から4月7日(月)までの間、料金所の出口または料金をいただく入口で障害が発生した時間帯に、現金またはクレジットカード(※1)でお支払いいただいたお客さまにつきましては、ご利用料金相当額のクオカードにより還元させていただきます。還元申請の対象となるお客さまにおかれましては、以下の還元申請フォームから申請をお願いいたします。申請内容について確認作業が完了次第、ご利用料金と同額相当のクオカードにより還元させていただきます。
なお、ETCクレジットカード・ETCパーソナルカード・ETCコーポレートカード(※2)でご精算されたお客さまは、還元申請に係るお手続きは不要です。
※1 「クレジットカード」は、ETCカード以外のクレジットカードを指します。
※2 ETCコーポレートカードでご精算されたお客さまにおかれましては、ご利用金額と同額を高速道路会社からの請求分から減額いたしますので、還元申請いただく必要はございませんが、大口・多頻度割引の割引率の再計算のため、引き続き、走行のお申し出(一覧表の作成)について、ご協力をお願いいたします。詳しくは、NEXCO中日本の大口・多頻度割引ページをご確認ください。1.還元申請の対象となるお客さま

- 4月6日ETCシステム障害時のご利用料金について

We would like to once again offer our sincere apologies to our customers and many other parties for the inconvenience caused by the widespread ETC system failure that occurred on Expressway managed by Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited from Sunday, April 6th to Monday, April 7th.
Among the toll booths where the outage occurred, there was one that continued to communicate wirelessly with ETC, and after checking the billing data, it was found that the data was normal. For the customers who used the tolls, payment procedures are currently being carried out through the card companies, etc. (You will soon receive a bill).
In light of the seriousness of the confusion and inconvenience caused to our customers, we have decided to provide a refund to customers who passed through the affected toll gates and paid the toll at a later date in the form of an ETC mileage service rebate of the amount of the toll used, a reduction in the amount charged, or the sending of a QUO card.
