【ご迷惑をおかけしました】4月6日ETC障害にともなう通行料金のお支払手続きのお願い: 中日本高速道路株式会社が管理するインターチェンジ（以下、「IC」という。）で、4月6日（日）～7日（月）に、ETC を制御する設備の障害が発生しました。

高速道路をご利用のお客さまをはじめ多くの皆さまに、多大なるご迷惑をおかけしたことを、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

ETCの障害が発生していた料金所をそのままご通行いただいたお客さまには、通行料金のお支払いについて、WEBサイトでのお手続きをお願いいたします。
ご精算については、お客さまからのお申し出内容を確認のうえ手続きをさせていただいておりますが、確認に時間を要しております。
順次手続きを進めておりますので、大変申し訳ございませんが、ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。
なお、ETC利用照会サービス（登録制）をご利用されているお客さまは、こちらから正しいご請求金額となっているかご確認いただけます。

【お手続きの流れについて】
①「NEXCO中日本 ETCの請求料金」で検索
②個人情報の取得に同意いただき、以降のご記入をお願いいたします。
　（以下の二次元コードから読み込んでください）

ETCカード（ETCコーポレートカードは除きます）で複数回ご利用されたお客さま

申請用の様式（様式リンク）をダウンロードしていただき、4月6日および4月7日に弊社管内の高速道路をご利用いただいたETCカード番号、ご利用IC、ご利用日時などの必要事項を一覧表にご記載のうえ、後日、当サイトにて掲載予定の一覧表の送付方法にならって送付をお願いいたします。（大口・多頻度割引（コーポレートカード）ご契約者さまはこちら）

一覧表の送付方法については、現在準備中です。ご案内できるようになりましたら、改めて当サイトに掲載いたします。お待たせして申し訳ございませんが、しばらくお待ちください。

【お支払いの期限について】

一部時間帯で料金所において配布しました通行料金お支払に関するご案内のチラシにおいて、お支払いの手続きの期限に関する記載をしておりますが、記載の期限によらず、手続きをお願いいたします。

【振込手数料について】
現金でご精算、かつ銀行振込の場合、振込手数料は弊社で負担いたします。

【対象となる料金所とスマートIC一覧】
※4月7日（月）14時よりすべての料金所で応急復旧作業が完了し、以降はETC無線通信により料金をいただいております。
今後本復旧に向けた作業を進めてまいりますが、通行に際しては、安全に気をつけてご通行をお願いします。

・NEXCO西日本公式WEBサイト中日本高速道路株式会社東京支社、八王子支社、名古屋支社が管理するインターチェンジ（以下「IC」という。）で4月6日（日）、ETCを制御する設備に障害が発生したことから、ETCの利用ができなくなっています。なお、一般レーンまたはサポートレーンの利用は可能です。

「中日本高速道路」や「NEXCO中日本」など弊社をかたる偽サイトやメールにご注意ください: お客さまの情報を不正に取得しようとする偽サイトの存在が報告されています。
これらの偽サイトは、弊社を名乗るメールを通じて誘導されることが多くあります。
弊社からお送りするメールの発信元ドメインは @c-nexco.co.jp です。受信したメールの発信元アドレスを必ずご確認ください。

不審なメールには以下のような特徴がありますので、ご注意ください：
・件名や内容に不安を煽る表現が含まれている（例：「至急」、「緊急」など）
・言語や言葉遣いが不自然である
・送信元のアドレスが弊社のドメイン（@c-nexco.co.jp）でない

また、弊社の公式サイトへのアクセスは、必ず公式サイトから行っていただき、メールやSMSのリンクを使用しないようお願い申し上げます。

Emergency etiquette

Reverse runs on Expressway occur once every two days nationwide. If you see the reverse information on the information board or listen to it on the highway radio, slow down and take a sufficient distance between vehicles to drive ahead.

No back! No U-turns!

If you make a mistake in the destination or overshoot the destination, please get off at the next interchange and ask the toll gate staff. Never make a back or U-turn on the main line or near the toll gate.

How to apply when you make a mistake in the destination

① At the interchange exit, pull out the ETC card and use the regular lane.
② Please contact the toll booth staff.
③ Please follow the instructions of the toll booth staff.

Please note that it may not be possible depending on the structure of the interchange.

If you stop due to an accident or breakdown! !!

Stop as much as possible on the road shoulder and use the hazard lamps, flaming cylinders and triangular stop signs to signal the following vehicle.

If you park or stop on an Expressway due to an accident or breakdown, you are obliged to install a triangular stop display board. Be sure to carry it with you.
