For customers who paid by cash or credit card* during the period from Sunday, April 6th to Monday, April 7th when there was an outage at the toll gate exit or the toll entrance, we will refund the amount of the toll in the form of a QUO card.

Customers who pay with an ETC credit card, ETC personal card, or ETC corporate card (※2) do not need to go through any procedures to apply for the rebate.

*1 "Credit card" refers to credit cards other than ETC cards.
*2 For customers who pay with ETC corporate cards, the amount of the usage will be deducted from the bill from Expressway company, so there is no need to apply for a refund. However, in order to recalculate the discount rate for the large-volume and frequent use discount, we ask for your continued cooperation in making requests for driving (creating a list). In light of the seriousness of the confusion and inconvenience caused to our customers, we have decided to provide a refund to customers who passed through the affected toll gates and paid the toll at a later date in the form of an ETC mileage service rebate of the amount of the toll used, a reduction in the amount charged, or the sending of a QUO card.
