Notice for "ETC Usage History Printer" Installations
NEXCO Central Nippon has installed "ETC Usage History Printers" at the information desks of major service areas. These printers read the usage history recorded on an ETC card and allow you to print out the details.
Until now, you could only print ETC usage details through the usage inquiry service on the internet, but installing these printers, means you can now also print the details at service areas.
Please give them a try. Note that you cannot print the usage details right up to the service area you stopped at to print, as the toll is not yet decided.

- An ETC card is required to print usage details.
- Since ETC cards can only store about 100 records (varies depending on the card company), you cannot print usage history prior to that.
- You can print the history of tolls displayed at exit tollgates (or entrance tollgates if flat rates), that you have passed.
- Depending on your conditions of use, the amount shown in the history at the time of request may be different to what is actually billed as the original toll fee may be adjusted up or down.

How to use "ETC Usage History Printers"
Customers can use the printers easily by themselves. Please refer to the operating instructions provided where the printers are located.
(1) Insert the ETC card with the IC chip facing up until you hear the "beep". (If it is recognized correctly, the green lamp will light and the history will be displayed on the screen.)
(2) Choose the history you want on the display using the "Forward" and "Back" buttons.
(3) Press the "Print" button to print. Please don't forget to take your ETC card after use.
