NEXCO Central Nippon issues blue tickets instead of the regular yellow tickets when ETC entrance lanes are closed due to inspection of ETC equipment etc. Doing this notifies the exit tollgate staff to ask you about the application of ETC Time-restricted Discounts, etc. at the time of exit even if you forget to mention it.
(1) Purpose
There are times when ETC lanes are closed due to inspection of ETC equipment, etc. At these times you need to take a ticket at the entry and remember to apply to staff for ETC Time-restricted Discounts, etc. at a manned lane when exiting.
This approach lessens the burden on customers to remember and prevents discrepancies in ETC Time-restricted Discount application.
(2) How to use
Blue tickets are issued at the entrance and you hand them to staff at a manned lane at the exit tollgate. By using these blue tickets, staff will be able to recognize at a glance that you could not use an ETC lane at the entrance even if you forget to mention it.

(3) Blue ticket issuing periods
