  Planning / Survey

  Civil Engineer

  When constructing a new Expressway, we will examine the profitability of the road as if it is really necessary, investigate the impact on the environment, obtain a business permit from the national government, and start the business. Then, we will carry out soil and geological surveys and route surveys, select the optimum construction method for the main body of the road structure and equipment, and create consultation drawings for construction. You can take the first step to sprout the large-scale infrastructure required for the land.

  Land acquisition / business loss compensation

  Office work

  There is always a landowner at the planned construction site. We will explain the compensation, take over the land, and relocate the buildings and standing trees. We will explain to you that you will visit us many times and be convinced of the construction so that you can hand over your precious land with feelings. A road cannot be created without land acquisition. It's a job that "remains on the map". In addition, if there is a loss that exceeds the tolerable limit due to the construction of the Expressway, such as when the yield of agricultural products deteriorates due to sunshine obstruction, we will provide compensation (business loss compensation). This is an important job for local residents to understand the business.

  In the design and construction of bridges, tunnels, and earthwork, we use new technologies and construction methods to economically construct high-quality, durable Expressway. We manage the process, quality and safety of each construction project, guide and supervise construction contractors, and manage the construction site. We also design and place construction orders for road facilities such as tunnel ventilation and electrical facilities, communication networks, and service areas. We are advancing the sophistication of Expressway spaces by making full use of cutting-edge technology.

  After opening, we will continue to maintain and manage the maintenance and service business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with safety as our top priority, in order to continue to deliver safe and comfortable Expressway spaces.
