While promoting the use of Expressway, we will contribute to the revitalization of the local economy, including tourism. In addition, we are proactively developing tourism promotions and attractiveness dissemination that meet local needs.

  We are applying the know-how and technology cultivated in the Expressway business to the overseas road business, and are engaged in the consulting business related to infrastructure development and road management. In the Philippines, we have established "NEXCO-CENTRAL Philippines Inc." and are participating in By-pass construction work. In the United States, we have established "NEXCO Highway Solutions of America Inc. -A Subsidiary of NEXCO-Central" to provide consulting services related to road management such as pavement inspection solutions, and are promoting multifaceted businesses overseas. ..

  As a regional development in collaboration with the area along the Expressway, we are operating the commercial complex "Terrace Gate Toki" with a hot bath facility for the first time outside the Expressway in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture. In addition, by redeveloping the former company housing site into condominiums that meet the needs of the region, we are contributing to new living and new town development, and we are also cultivating vegetables using abandoned cultivated land along the Shin-Tomei Expwy.・ By shipping, we are also contributing to the regeneration of agricultural land. We will continue to take on the challenge of businesses that lead to the creation of new value and the revitalization of the region.

  The first relay distribution base "Connect Area Hamamatsu" of a Expressway company has been developed in the area adjacent to the Shin-Tomei Expwy Hamamatsu SA (Out-bound) and is operated jointly with Enshu Truck Co., Ltd. We will contribute to work style reform by shortening the working hours and burden of long-distance drag drivers, such as enabling day trips between Kanto and Kansai. In anticipation of changes in the social environment surrounding logistics, we will promote initiatives that contribute to transportation efficiency and labor saving.
