CHILDBIRTH
PROGRAM

In order to support the balance between childbirth and childcare and work, we support the working styles of employees through various systems such as leave and leave systems related to childbirth and childcare that exceed the legal requirements. We are promoting the creation of an environment in which each employee, who is the company's greatest asset, can continue to work with peace of mind and lively along with life events, and we have introduced a variety of in-house systems.

Systems related to pregnancy and childbirth

  • Childcare system book

    Image Book

We have compiled an easy-to-understand summary of the systems available to employees during the stages of life such as pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare.

  • Personnel consultation before parental leave

We have set up a consultation desk for childcare leave and various benefits, etc. We support each employee so that they can focus on childcare with peace of mind.

  • Addressing women's health issues

We hold seminars every year as part of our efforts to create a healthy and comfortable working environment for women. We aim to create a comfortable working environment by deepening mutual understanding not only with women themselves but also with managers and male employees.

  • NEXCO 3 Company Women's Forum

Employees of the three NEXCO companies will share their everyday concerns, such as their own career paths and balancing work and family life, and think about what makes a company a good place for women to work.

  • Support for accompanying preschool children

If employees in remote locations who have children under elementary school age participate in training at a training center, they can receive childcare services at the company's expense, allowing employees with children to participate in training with peace of mind.

  • Work area specification (place of residence)

Married employees who both work, or employees who are raising children or caring for parents, can limit their work location for a certain period of time (transfers that require relocation are restricted).

*This is a system that allows you to choose to work in three neighboring prefectures.
    It's a different system.
*Some treatment differs from that of employees who are not covered by the system.

Voices of people who have taken pregnancy, childbirth, or parental leave

We recommend you read the system book thoroughly!

When I gave birth to my first child, I took three months of maternity leave and six months of childcare leave, and I am currently working reduced hours using partial leave.
I check the "Childcare System Book" published by my company, which summarizes the company's childcare systems, and make good use of the systems to suit my lifestyle, allowing me to balance work and childcare.

Make good use of the system that suits you best!

I took two six-month childcare leave periods to coincide with the births of my two children.
I sometimes felt anxious about causing trouble to those around me, but there are childcare support systems that have little impact on work.
I try to make good use of the system to suit my lifestyle, and I am conscious of frequently reporting, communicating, and consulting to ensure that I do not neglect my work.
