NEXCO CENTRAL will be holding its Autumn Open Company event from September to November, and its Winter Work Experience program in December.

Winter 1-day work experience
NEXCO CENTRAL will hold two programs, [Administrative course] and [Technical course], as a one-day work experience in winter.
Jobs that can be experienced and recruitment targets
★Administrative course
<Job type> Administrative
<Target> ・Those currently enrolled in universities, graduate schools, technical colleges, junior colleges, and vocational schools
・Any faculty or department
★Technical courses
<Job type> Civil engineering/environmental, facility/equipment (electrical, systems/communications, machinery, architecture)
<Target> ・Those currently enrolled in universities, graduate schools, technical colleges, junior colleges, and vocational schools
・Those who belong to a science faculty or department
*When applying, applicants will be asked to select one of the following fields based on their major: civil engineering, electrical engineering, systems and communications, machinery, or architecture.
Implementation content
◆ Orientation, introduction to work content
→We will introduce the duties of each job type regarding Expressway, which are essential to our daily lives, and the jobs that support them.
◆Group work
→By taking up the current challenges our company faces and proposing solutions, participants will develop teamwork, presentation skills, and problem-solving skills.
(Administrative and technical courses will tackle different themes.)
◆Roundtable discussion with senior employees
→Through a round-table discussion with our employees who are actually working on Expressway, you will learn about the work involved and what it's rewarding about it.

*The content of each program differs between administrative and technical courses.
