December 19, 2025 Traffic and Regulations: [E1 Meishin Expressway / E1A Shin-Shin-Meishin Expressway] Results of the Second Winter Tire Installation Survey - 30% of vehicles are not equipped with winter tires! Please install winter tires and carry tire chains -

December 19, 2025 Traffic and Regulations: Nighttime road closures will be implemented between Kanie IC and Yatomi IC (Out-bound lanes) on the E23 Higashi-Meihan Expressway, and NagoyaNishi IC (In-bound lanes) exit will be closed from Monday, January 19, 2026 to Friday, February 27, 2026 (dates and times may vary depending on the location). Please use detours such as the C2 Mei-Nikan Expressway, E1A Isewangan Expressway, and Prefectural Route 40.
