For the customers who used the tolls, payment procedures are currently being carried out through the card companies, etc. (You will soon receive a bill).

In light of the seriousness of the confusion and inconvenience caused to our customers, we have decided to provide a refund to customers who passed through the affected toll gates and paid the toll at a later date in the form of an ETC mileage service rebate of the amount of the toll used, a reduction in the amount charged, or the sending of a QUO card.
