Traffic and Regulations
The C4 Ken-O Road Hachioji JCT (the on-ramp from Ken-O Road inner loop to Chuo Expressway Expressway towards Kofu) will be closed day and night for four consecutive weekdays from Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 26th, 2026. Please use alternative routes via local roads.
Service Campaigns
Enjoy a more comfortable drive by shifting your departure time: A campaign is being held to encourage sightseeing in Matsumoto and avoid traffic jams on the way home. Participation is possible from May 11, 2026, when applying for the Quick Travel Drive Plan.
Traffic and Regulations
Nighttime road closures will be implemented on the E41 Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway between Hida-Kiyomi IC and Oyabe Tonami JCT (both directions), and also on Oyabe Tonami JCT (the ramp from the E41 Noto Expressway to the E8 Hokuriku Expressway (towards Kanazawa)). From Monday, May 18, 2026 to Wednesday, June 10, 2026 (12 nights in total), from 8 PM to 6 AM the following day (implementation dates and times vary depending on the restricted section).

Traffic and Regulations
E23 Ise Expressway Matsusaka IC will be closed at night from Monday, May 18th to Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, from 8 PM to 6 AM the following day. Please use nearby interchanges or change your travel time.
