Choice of working style When you join the company, you can choose your own working style for your general managerial position.
While working across the entire business area, you will gain experience in wide-area work such as construction, maintenance and service through job rotation, and aim to become a managerial position that promotes the company's business from a company-wide perspective.
While working in a specific area of your choice (three neighboring prefectures* including Regional Head Office office address), you will gain experience in a wide range of work through job rotations, such as construction, maintenance and service businesses, with the aim of moving into a management position that will drive the company's business forward.
*Limited to the business area of 1 prefecture and 11 prefectures
Both positions are for general managerial positions, and there is no difference in the work content. However, there are some differences in treatment.
