November 5, 2026 Traffic and Regulations: Nighttime road closures will be implemented on the E19 Nagano Expressway between Okaya JCT and Okaya IC (Out-bound) and between Shiojiri IC and Okaya JCT (In-bound) from December 5th (Sat) to December 8th (Tue), 2026, for one night each (from 9 PM to 6 AM the following day). Please use alternative routes via local roads.

November 5, 2026 Traffic and Regulations: E1 Tomei Expressway Renewal Construction (Between Mikkabi JCT and OtowaGamagoori IC, Toyokawa Bridge): Due to lane changes resulting from a change in the construction area, traffic congestion is expected on both the northbound and southbound lanes.
