NEXCO CENTRAL 's SA and PA toilets have a total of about 9,000 toilets, including gender and multifunctional toilets. They are cleaned beautifully every day so that customers can use them comfortably. But what if the customer finds the toilet dirty before us? We thought. The “cleaning request button” that was experimentally implemented on EXPASA Ashigara (Out-bound) was born.

When the button is pressed, the area cast arrives in just a few minutes → confirm the dirty spot → immediately clean → resolve beautifully! Only about 15 minutes during this time.
