The Toilet Grand Prize is a new initiative established in 2015 based on a proposal from the government's Committee for Improving Quality of Life. One of the 28 award-winning facilities (activities) of this prosperous first was the NEOPASA Shimizu toilet on the Shin-Tomei Expwy.
