The toilet is no longer clean and natural. We are taking activities one step further in order to make SA and PA more comfortable and comfortable for our customers. We call the cleaning staff an area cast, and we not only improve our technical skills through annual cleaning training, but also provide service training for “invitation” and “hospitality”. Lecturers who have completed human resource education at famous theme parks or who have experienced former cabin attendants are invited to learn the basics of hospitality, such as greetings and caring, and improve communication skills.
