In recent years, the deterioration of road slabs due to fatigue, salt damage, neutralization, frost damage, etc. due to repeated loading of road loads has become remarkable, and repairs are being repeated. The cause of repeated repairs is due to a decrease in interfacial adhesion at the cross-section restoration, shrinkage of repair materials, and differences in properties such as compressive strength and elastic modulus with existing slabs.
The PD method (Perfect Deck Method) requires on-site repairs by setting various performance regulations for the repair material, enabling the construction to be more durable and to meet the on-site repair scope and time constraints. This is a section restoration method that meets the needs.
また、PD工法はPDプライマー(浸透性エポキシ樹脂系接着剤)、PDボンド(2液型エポキシ樹脂系打継ぎ用接着剤)、PD断面修復材(ゴムラテシリーズ、ジェットスラブシリーズ)の補修ケースに応じた3種類の材料を選定することで、既設コンクリートと断面修復材を強固に一体化できる高耐久性の断面修復工法です。
