point
Crack detection mechanism
- The phased array ultrasonic flaw detector is equipped with two transducers, one on the finger side and one on the back side.
- By simultaneously inspecting cracks from two directions in succession, even the smallest cracks are not overlooked.
- By attaching a sled-type probe holder, flaws can be detected by smoothly crossing between the fingers.
- The rack rails can be extended, allowing for any length of investigation. The rack rails are also magnetic, making on-site setup easy.
- Water is used as the contact medium, and the site can be left quickly after measurement.
