overview
This device is a self-propelled inspection robot that can non-destructively inspect the external and internal steel deformation of the stay members of cable-stayed bridges. Damage to the surface of the stay member's protective tube can be confirmed in real time using a camera. In addition, the inspection sensor allows for non-destructive inspection of partial breaks in the stay member wires. We are continually updating the cameras and improving the inspection sensors to improve the efficiency of inspection work and inspection accuracy.

Features
The inspection robot is equipped with four video cameras that record video of the entire circumference of the protective pipe. The video is monitored in real time on a PC installed on the ground, while the inspection data is also accumulated. In addition, a wirelessly controlled camera is installed in the shooting direction, allowing the camera focus and shooting position to be adjusted remotely, as well as zooming in and out. Two lights are also installed per camera to prevent focus shift and backlighting during scanning.
